I've been a legit customer for two years now, and I gotta say, this subscription is the best I've ever had. Sure, my crates were delayed in April and May, but they eventually arrived. Patience is key, folks! We have to remember that the pandemic has really affected all businesses, not just Japan Crate. Even local shops had to shut down. I'm still thankful that Japan Crate has managed to keep going, especially being a smaller company. Big shout out to their customer support team!
